The Huron Valley Woodturners will be meeting at the Crossroads Community Center at 5501 Webster Church Rd., Dexter, MI 48130. While the official start time is 1 p.m., we plan to have the doors open by 12:45 p.m.. Along with our usual show-and-tell, safety discussion, and raffle, we will delve further into the topic of preparing blanks from logs. As a follow-up to our recent discussions about bowl turning, we encourage people to bring a small bowl to discuss during show-and-tell — it need not be recently completed.
